2. All
payments will be made directly to Asian Adventures at Delhi either by Cheque
/ Demand Draft favouring Asian Adventures.
3. The payment
against each booking must reach to us within 30 days before the check-in of
the client from the camp other wise the booking shall be cancelled/ charged
directly.
4. Full tour can be arranged as per the needs of the
client.
Cancellation Policy 1.
Cancellation of an FIT reservation within 30 days of the arrival date, will
incur a cancellation charge equivalent to accommodation for the entire
length of stay originally booked.
2. Cancellation of an entire
group (including Adhoc Groups, Group Series and Incentives) between 120 and
60 days of arrival will incur a cancellation charge equivalent full
accommodation chares for all tents booked.
3. Final rooming
list must reach us at least 30 days prior to the arrival of the guest /
group.
4. Taxes as applicable as per the Government rules
Child
Policy 1. One child under 12 years of age can stay in the
parents' tent without being charged.
2. A separate tent will be
provided if there are two children less than 12 years of age, at the same
rate as the parents' tent.
3. An extra bed will be provided and
charged for one child between 12 and 16 years of age, accommodated in the
same room
4. If there are two children between 12 and 16 years
of age, a separate room will be provided at the same rate as the parents'
tent.
